Salary:
for students: 30,50 PLN gross/ per hour (Contract of Mandate)
for non-students: 4666 gross / per month (Contract of Employment)
Position is full-time (40 hours/week)

Would you like to gain hands-on experience in an agency that works with some of the world’s biggest brands?Join us as a Social Media Intern in Admind’s internal Marketing Team – and become a real part of the engine that shapes our brand presence and storytelling online. This is not just an opportunity to learn – you’ll take part in real work, supporting day-to-day marketing activities with your ideas, your voice, and your content.
What you will do:
Support creating and publishing content on Admind’s social media channels – especially LinkedIn and Instagram
Learn how to build and maintain a consistent brand voice through daily posts, comments, and engagement
Help to shape editorial calendars and communication plans
Explore and test new formats, tools, and features across platforms
Research trends, benchmark best practices, and identify relevant audiences
Monitor analytics and turn data into insights
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative initiatives
Job requirements
We look forward to working together if:
You based in Kraków or willing to commute (we work in a hybrid model)
You are a student or recent graduate eager to learn through doing
You are a confident communicator, unafraid to share ideas and challenge the status quo
You are naturally curious, especially about branding, B2B communication, and digital culture
You are fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)
You will provide a written motivation letter answering two questions (in Polish): Why do you want to take part in the internship? Why did you choose Admind?
Even better if you:
You have previous experience in content creation, social media, or university initiatives
You are familiar with platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram, and curious to experiment with their features
