Location: Kraków, Warsaw or remote (Poland)

What you will do:
Provide support and professional advisory in the field of visual identity and branding (provide answers to brand queries, approvals and corrections, consult on brand visuals)
Be an ambassador of the brand, support brand governance during periods of transformation of the company that just introduced its new positioning and strategy- ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
Creating visual concepts and designs aligned with the brand
Be a specialist in terms of proper brand implementation
Advise the Client (mainly via e-mail/ MS Team calls) on the design, composition, style, typography making sure it’s consistent with the Client’s brand principles
Conduct brand training for clients (live sessions)
Job requirements
We look forward to working together if:
You are a designer and have experience in branding, advertising, interactive agency, or similar
You can present a portfolio of projects to prove your design skills
You have the experience of working with a brand undergoing significant change such as a merger, acquisition, or brand refresh
You are a proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
You are an efficient communicator aiming to build long-term relationships with the Clients
You have experience of conducting trainings/ workshops
You have very good command of English (both written and spoken)
Even better if:
You have some team leadership experience
You can work with Adobe After Effects
You have already worked with international clients
You have an experience with leading complex projects
You are familiar with implementing AI in your work
