Salary: 5 500 - 7 300 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
6 600 - 8 700 PLN net (B2B)
Location: Warsaw (on-site)

What you will do:
Overseeing the daily functioning of the office, including ensuring supplies and resources are available
Organizing office space, including managing workstations and meeting areas
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (both physical and electronic)
Archiving and managing office documentation
Preparing reports, summaries for company needs
Planning and organizing internal and external meetings
Support with coordination of company events, training sessions, and team-building activities
Managing relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning services, office equipment suppliers)
Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
Managing schedules and reservations for conference rooms
Supporting onboarding processes for new employees (e.g., preparing workstations, introducing office policies).
