Location: Amsterdam (on-site & part-time: 20h/week)
Salary: 1300 Euros gross/ 20 hours

What you will do:
Manage front desk functions such as incoming and outgoing mail, invoices and deliveries
Maintain the condition of workspace in our office
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies
Running day-to-day operations
Organizing business trips and events
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Co-build the positive work atmosphere
Cooperate with Office Management team
Job requirements
We look forward to working together if:
You have minimum 1 year of administrative/office experience
You have excellent organizational and planning skills
You have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
You have the enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
You are easy going, open to others and empathetic
You are fluent in English
Even better if:
You are fluent in Dutch
You have some experience with accounting
