Location: Amsterdam (on-site & part-time: 20h/week)

Salary: 1300 Euros gross/ 20 hours

What you will do:

  • Manage front desk functions such as incoming and outgoing mail, invoices and deliveries

  • Maintain the condition of workspace in our office

  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies

  • Running day-to-day operations

  • Organizing business trips and events

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Co-build the positive work atmosphere

  • Cooperate with Office Management team

Job requirements

We look forward to working together if:

  • You have minimum 1 year of administrative/office experience

  • You have excellent organizational and planning skills

  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook and Excel)

  • You have the enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure

  • You are easy going, open to others and empathetic

  • You are fluent in English

Even better if:

  • You are fluent in Dutch

  • You have some experience with accounting
