Location: Kraków (hybrid)
Interim: for 18 months (with the possibility of extending the cooperation)

What you will do:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees 

  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops, including monitoring attendance and gathering feedback 

  • Assist with key HR processes and projects (e.g., satisfaction surveys, performance reviews, and salary reviews) 

  • Support the management of benefits, including contract administration, vendor communication, and responding to employee inquiries 

  • Maintain and update employee records in the internal HR systems and company structure 

  • Track and generate reports on key HR metrics 

  • Assist in creating presentations, internal communications, and HR policies or procedures 

  • Support administrative and operational HR tasks 

  • Collaborate closely with and support HR Business Partners and the Head of HR 

  • Handle routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR-related matters 

 

Job requirements

  • You have some experience in an HR-related role 

  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities 

  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and interpret trends 

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 

  • You’re approachable and have strong communication skills 

  • You are curious about the latest HR trends and motivated to explore new solutions and automation opportunities 

  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Polish
