We’re looking for a curious, motivated Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to grow. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior designers to create designs for physical environments - events, tradeshows and offices. This is not just digital work; you’ll see your ideas produced, installed and experienced by people in real spaces.
What you will do:
Produce digital and print design assets - from presentations to print files
Deliver on-brand, visually consistent solutions
Design using strict branding guidelines, with strong attention to typography, layout, and production details
Participate in client meetings
Learn directly from senior designers on how to translate a branded assets into and print-ready files
Job requirements
We look forward to working together if:
You have 1+ year of experience in graphic design and working with brand manuals / visual identities
You have a solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
You care deeply about cohesive, high-quality design and brand consistency
You enjoy the research, analytical and technical aspects of design - not just the creative side
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
You can write clear, concise instructions for production partners and stakeholders
You are independent, organized, proactive, and comfortable prioritizing tasks across multiple projects
You are open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn from senior designers
Even better if:
Experience in 3D design (Cinema4D, Blender, SketchUp, etc.)
Experience in Figma
