Location: Kraków or Warsaw (hybrid)

What you will do:

  • Co-creating and implementing HR/People Experience strategy and management policies within the company 

  • Building a close and partnership-based relationship with leaders in the designated business area, actively supporting, educating, and, if necessary, confronting them, as well as providing tailored HR tools and solutions that support achieving business goals 

  • Ensuring compliance of HR processes carried out by leaders with the company's internal policies and procedures 

  • Co-creating and implementing HR programs and projects that support the development of the organization and its employees 

  • Monitoring key HR indicators, drawing conclusions from them, and recommending actions 

  • Managing employee satisfaction and engagement surveys 

  • Coordinating the employee evaluation and salary review processes, providing support to employees and leaders while staying informed on market compensation trends 

  • Preparing reports and summaries for the department and the company 

  • Providing ongoing support to the HR team 

  • Building a positive image of the company both internally and externally 

  • Modeling and reinforcing Admind's mission, vision, and values within the team, supporting team spirit, satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with Admind's culture

Job requirements

We look forward to working together if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company within the HR area

  • You have practical knowledge of HR processes and tools

  • You have proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders

  • You have experience in HR project and program management

  • You have strong analytical skills - confident working with HR metrics, dashboards, and data to drive decisions

  • You have proficiency in preparing reports and translating data into clear recommendations

  • You have the ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and organize your work

  • You have strong interpersonal as well as relationship-building skills

  • You have great communication and presentation skills

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • You are fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)

    Even better if:

    • You have practical knowledge of the Polish labor laws

    • You have experience in coordinating the work of others in a project or managing a small team
