Design Team Lead

Location: Krakow, Warsaw or remote (Poland)

What you will do:

• Oversee and take responsibility for the execution of the projects such as print and digital materials

• Manage a team of designers: providing design and technical support in daily work, sharing knowledge and regular feedback, planning and monitoring work, delegating tasks, checking the process, conducting one-on-ones, setting goals and motivating the team

• Participate in recruiting new team members and onboard them to their work

• Work closely with clients, presenting visual concepts and design ideas, and discussing project progress

• Support project managers by providing accurate time estimates and maintaining a consistent flow of communication

• Adhere to and develop clients’ brand guidelines in the design area

• Optimize workflow efficiency by leveraging new technologies (such as AI) and implementing best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of digital innovation

We look forward to working together if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects

• You have 2+ years of experience of managing a team

• You have a portfolio that demonstrates an amazing body of work with a process-focused approach

• You have an excellent technical and creative knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, you are a master in generating print and digital files

• You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members effectively

• You are fluent in English

Even better if:

• You have motion, 3D, UX, UI skills and experience

• You have worked with international clients

• You are proficient in using AI image-generation tools, including platforms like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (e.g., ComfyUI, Replicate), or similar software

• You have experience in Marketing Digital Campaigns

• You know how to use managing tools like: Jira, Trello, Monday
