What you will do:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and identify potential clients
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their business challenges and offer creative branding solutions
  • Lead client meetings and present the agency’s branding and communication services
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that highlight the agency’s capabilities and creative approach
  • Tailor proposals to meet client-specific needs, showcasing how the agency adds value to their business, and estimating project costs in alignment with client budgets
  • Negotiate collaboration terms and agreements with clients to secure win-win outcomes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and continuous communication with clients
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment
  • Continuously learn about agency operations and expand your knowledge in branding and communication
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to explore new business development areas



Job requirements

We look forward to working together if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in advertising, branding, communication, or PR agencies, with a focus on securing new projects or clients
  • You are skilled at preparing estimates and negotiating project terms ensuring balanced budgets and scopes
  • You communicate effectively and adapt to various communication styles to engage different types of clients, naturally building relationships to understand their business needs
  • You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, finding creative ways to meet client needs
  • You create structured and engaging client presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools
  • You enjoy seeking out new opportunities for the agency and contributing to its growth through new client acquisition
  • You are fluent in English, with C1 or native-level proficiency
