Senior Graphic Designer & Team Leader (Principles Team)

Job description

Reporting to: Creative Director

Workplace: Kraków

Who we are

Admind is an award-winning branding & communication agency serving clients around the world. We are a community of multidisciplinary design experts entrusted with the responsibility of creating the brand identities of global enterprises. We strive for excellence and professionalism, we value creativity and innovation, we dream big and thrive on challenges.

Who we need

Principles Team creates brand guidelines, coherent and beautiful instructions that other designers follow in their own work. Principles Team Leader's role is an ideal position for an experienced designer willing to shape an established global brand, as well as to manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team. The perfect candidate, a person equally fluent in verbal and visual communication, will have demonstrated experience in creating and working with brands and brand manuals. The position of Principles Team Leader requires a highly collaborative person who is comfortable both with conducting intricate conceptual thinking processes and with sharing, as well as accepting feedback.

Working continuously with one brand brings surprising complications: primarily it's a creative challenge like none other (think of writing a novel as opposed to composing a short story or running a marathon instead of a short dash), and as such is rewarding in its own unique way. First of all, you know that the entire project is truly yours, from start to finish. You know that there's time to consider every opportunity the brand can take, every detail and idiosyncrasy of its visual vocabulary. You know that the mechanics of the brand provides predictable outcomes – because you've predicted, designed, and tested them yourself.

If it sounds like you, please keep reading and find out more!
